Isiolo Conservationists Trust (Ict011) is a registered community-based organization that works in Isiolo county from the year 2019. ICT is a Not-for-profit organization of multi professional youth to include environmentalists, conservationists, social workers, humanitarian worker and nature enthusiasts that exist to improve the environmental conservation in our region. we exist to advocate for active involvement of youths and women on environmental conservation, restoration and sustainable utilization of natural resources fostering the effects, adaptation and mitigation of climate change. The organization is committed to climate actions and advocacy using grassroots and community-led conservation and restoration approach. We have a strong believe in actions-oriented solutions to address local and global problems

Issa is our Executive Director and a founding member of ICT. His passion for environmental conservation and sustainable community development is unmatched in isiolo county. He is an associate expert, Environment and Social Safeguards specialist with Masters Degree in Environmental Studies & Community Development.
Swaleh Muktar
Founder
Swaleh is a conservationist who is passionate about protecting the environment and improving his community through various works and initiatives. He is always dedicated to make a positive impact on the environment and the lives of those around them. He is an associate expert with a degree in Environmental Conservation and Natural Resources Management.
